Titan Spiced Rum

Inspired by Clydeside Heritage

The lower River Clyde was at the epicentre of Scotland’s and the wider United Kingdom’s Industrial Revolution. The waterfront between Port Glasgow and Gourock was jam packed with industry as Shipyards, Engine Works, Ropeworks and Sugar Refineries all vied for space, employing thousands of people.

We are proud of the achievements of the past and wish to acknowledge this history which in the main has completely disappeared. This ClydeSide Heritage has inspired us to create our first Spirit. Titan Spiced Rum.

Scottish Spiced Rum

Tasting Notes

NOSE - Subtly sweet Golden Syrup, Spiced ginger heat with sharp Raspberry notes.

PALATE - Smooth silky texture, with hint of vanilla and cubeb giving a background of spice and heat.

FINISH - Lingering nutmeg, raspberry and ginger.

A wonderful reminder of old Greenock

I’ve had my first taste of your orange rum and it is so evacative of walking past the sugar plant, think it was Walkers but might have been Tate and Lyle, near Greenock town centre. There is so much in the spirit that takes me back to my teens and being pummelled by the pungency of the factory as I walked by.

You’ve managed to create a definitive taste of a time past and it’s wonderful.
